Effective Date: October 24, 2026

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Durban World Group Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent applicable. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Durban World Group Inc. provides business management consulting, administrative systems consulting, operational compliance consulting, strategic planning services, and process design and optimization.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, responsibilities, and project timelines will be established through a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other mutually accepted arrangement when applicable.

Our services provide business management guidance and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice unless expressly agreed through a separate arrangement with appropriately qualified professionals.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, misrepresent your identity, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide any business information submitted on behalf of an organization.

PRICING AND FEES

The price of our consulting services is determined on a per-project or per-engagement basis, considering factors such as the scope of work, complexity, anticipated time requirements, deliverables, and other agreed project requirements.

We will communicate applicable fees before the engagement begins. Any changes to the agreed scope or additional work may result in revised pricing, subject to agreement between the parties.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be established in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, invoices are payable within thirty calendar days of the invoice date.

We may require an advance payment, deposit, or milestone-based payments when agreed in writing. You are responsible for paying all undisputed amounts due under the applicable agreement.

LATE PAYMENTS

If payment is not received by the applicable due date, we may provide written notice and request payment of the overdue amount. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable agreement, overdue balances may incur reasonable interest or late fees disclosed in advance.

We may suspend or delay services for materially overdue invoices after providing reasonable notice, subject to any applicable contractual obligations and legal requirements.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation rights and any applicable cancellation fees will be governed by the applicable service agreement. If no separate cancellation arrangement has been agreed, clients may request cancellation in writing. Clients remain responsible for fees for services already performed, approved expenses already incurred, and noncancelable commitments made on their behalf, to the extent permitted by law.

Payments for consulting services already performed are generally nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Any advance payments for services not yet performed will be reviewed according to the applicable agreement, work completed, expenses incurred, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to submit a cancellation or refund request.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing timely, complete, and accurate information reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing recommendations, making business decisions, maintaining appropriate records, and obtaining any independent professional advice they consider necessary. Delays in providing information or approvals may affect project schedules and deliverables.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, written materials, and other original content published by Durban World Group Inc. are owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information provided to us in connection with an engagement. The handling of confidential information may be further defined in a separate written agreement.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is lawfully public, already known without a confidentiality obligation, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
